Abstract Submission

When submitting your abstract, you may choose between Poster only or Poster + Oral Presentation. By selecting Poster + Oral Presentation, your abstract will be considered for oral presentation selection. If not selected for an oral presentation, your abstract will still be considered for a poster presentation, provided it is accepted.

 

 

Please carefully review the following guidelines before submitting your abstract.

  • Conference Registration: At least one author listed on an abstract must be registered for the conference prior to abstract submission

  • Submission Procedure: All abstracts must be submitted exclusively through the submission form available on this page. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted

  • Presenting Author: Each registered attendee may serve as the Presenting Author for only one poster abstract

  • Word Limit: Abstracts MUST NOT exceed 300 words in the abstract text section of the submission form

  • Required Sections: All abstracts MUST include the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and MethodsResults, and Conclusions

  • Additional Information: Each abstract must include an Acknowledgements section and up to three Keywords.

  • Author Responsibility: The Presenting Author is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all data and information presented in the abstract

  • Evaluation: Abstracts will be considered for evaluation only after confirmation of payment of the conference registration fee

  • Refund Policy: If an abstract is not accepted for presentation, the registration fee will be fully refunded

  • ALL ABSTRACTS MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH

How to Prepare Your Poster

Please carefully review the following guidelines when preparing your poster for presentation.

  • Poster Format: Poster Format: Poster boards will accommodate posters in portrait format, with the dimensions to be announced soon. Posters may be attached to the boards using pins or adhesive tape

  • Poster Title: The title of the poster must be identical to the title of the accepted abstract

  • Content and Language: Posters must include the following sections: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, and Conclusions

  • Recommended Text Size: Posters will generally be viewed from a distance of approximately 1.5 to 3 meters. For readability, letters should be at least 10 mm in height, lines should be at least 1 mm thick, and headings should be at least 20 mm in height

  • Poster Display: Posters must be properly and securely mounted on the assigned poster boards in order to be eligible for consideration for the Poster Award

  • Adhesive Materials: The event organizers will not provide adhesive tape. Presenters are responsible for bringing any materials required to mount their posters

  • Poster Removal: The organizers are not responsible for posters that are not removed by the presenters after the designated presentation period

  • Publication of Abstracts: All abstracts will be made publicly available online for consultation.

  • ALL POSTERS MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH
